Day tour of Edinburgh

Thursday, July 10, 2008

We went to Edinburgh today with two ladies from San Antonio, Texas.

We went into the Rosslyn Chapel and also to Calton Hill to enjoy the beautiful view.

Then, back to Edinburgh, to see The Queen's Gallery (Palace of Holyrood) : there was an exhibition called "Art of Italy in the Royal Collection (Renaissance)" and we visited the facinating Palace of Holyrood House.

We also entered the Scottish Parliament then we walked through the city and visited Old Scottish Parliament, which is now used by the legal professions. We took some pictures of the Edinburgh Cathedral and went to the National Gallery Complex.
